Serenity Heights was designed to bring the tranquility of nature into an urban setting. The project consists of six residential buildings arranged around a central "green lung"—a sprawling landscape of botanical gardens, jogging tracks, and water features. The construction involved complex post-tensioned concrete slabs to allow for wide, column-free living spaces and expansive balconies.

A key focus of this project was the "Smart Living" initiative. We integrated state-of-the-art home automation systems into the infrastructure of every unit, allowing residents to control lighting, climate, and security remotely. The exterior utilizes locally sourced limestone combined with modern composite panels, creating a façade that is both contemporary and respectful of the local architectural heritage.
