Functionality meets sustainability in the Eco-Logistics Hub. Designed to handle high-volume distribution, this facility features reinforced industrial flooring capable of supporting heavy machinery and automated racking systems. The structural steel span was maximized to 40 meters to ensure obstacle-free movement for forklifts and autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs).

What sets this project apart is its energy independence. The entire roof structure is fitted with high-efficiency solar panels, generating enough power to run the facility’s operations off-grid during daylight hours. We also implemented a rainwater harvesting system for landscape irrigation. This project proves that industrial construction can be both rugged and environmentally conscious, setting a new standard for logistics parks in the region.
