The Horizon Cultural Center is an architectural marvel designed to push the boundaries of form and function. The building’s most striking feature is its parametric roof design, inspired by the rolling sand dunes of the desert. Constructing this required the fabrication of over 4,000 unique steel panels, assembled with aerospace-level precision.

Inside, the main auditorium features world-class acoustic engineering, utilizing adjustable timber panels to modify sound reflection based on the performance type. The project faced significant logistical challenges due to the complexity of the steelwork, requiring 3D modeling and VR simulations throughout the construction phase. The center now serves as a hub for art, history, and music, symbolizing the region's rapid cultural development.
